2 x Body Composition scans at the beginning and end of the challenge (valued at $100)

12 x live online training sessions across HIIT, Breathing, Mobility and Health Education (2 sessions/week on Mondays and Wednesdays 12pm for 30 mins) (valued at $600)

Access to your own training app with weekly mobility/stretching & HIIT workouts (valued at $200)

Your own Nutrition booklet –  male and female nutrition plans and how to meal prep for the week (valued at $500)

Fitness testing

Nutritionist and Life Coach

Sonya is a Nutritionist and Life Coach with over 14 years of experience. She has a passion for helping women to reset and recalibrate from stress and overwhelm. Alongside a focus on finding the cause and treatment of resistant fat loss in men and women. She is down-to-earth, and her programs are fun as well as practical.

Luke and Sonya have had a successful working relationship for a number of years and collaborate for their client’s greater success in their health and well-being.

Personal Trainer + Health Coach

Luke has worked in the health industry for 10 years and helps busy men and women find simple solutions to improve their overall health.

After overcoming his own health challenges with anorexia as a teen, Luke was inspired to educate people to approach their health from a holistic perspective considering the physical, mental and emotional elements.

Luke creates customised health and training programs that allow his clients to take control of their health and master the fundamentals. He operates online and out of Fitness First, Barangaroo in Sydney.

Need some extra help?

Both Luke and Sonya are available for additional 1-1 support during the challenge. If you need a specific nutrition consultation from Sonya or a movement screening/customised training program from Luke, please reach out to them upon booking in your challenge. There are additional costs associated with these options.

 

Your commitment:

Congratulations on choosing to invest in your health. To get the maximum benefit of the program and go into the running to win prizes, we require the minimum commitment below:

  • To win, you must come to 80% of the live classes over the 6 weeks.
  • Do body scan beginning and end of the challenge on Saturday face to face with Luke at Fitness First, Barangaroo before 20 June 2022.
  • The challenge runs from Monday 20 June 2022 – Monday 8 August 2022.
  • This challenge is for BNI members and their family and friends.
