Set in the idyllic hills of Bali – 40 minutes from Ubud this is the ideal retreat for you if you are needing to recentre and align.

We created this retreat for WOMEN like us.

Sometimes we feel we are being pulled in all directions and just need some SPACE and TIME carved out to RECONNECT with ourselves.

Sometimes the EXHAUSTION gets too much – we all need time to recharge. We deserve this time to regroup and recharge

To find alignment in body and mind, to release stagnant energy – to welcome positive flow.

We desire the freedom to be ourselves and have fun with like minded women in an abundant, beautiful natural setting where we feel safe and relaxed.

To take off the masks, open our hearts and unleash the wild women within.

Our theme for the retreat is RETURNING TO YOU.

We will be clearing old wounds and feelings of self doubt, fear, shame and guilt through yoga, meditation and Theta healing.

We will be moving, meditating and connecting daily.

There will be lavish banquets of delicious, nourishing balinese food to enjoy and an array of cultural activities to do during our stay.

There will be a complimentary Balinese Massage on arrival.

There will be time to be together… …and space to be alone.

And of course, we plan to have a lot of fun too – Tash and I love to have a great time!

Don’t be daunted by the fact that it is a Yoga retreat, this retreat is suitable for those people who are beginner’s and are just starting on their yoga journey to women who have a regular yoga practice.

And don’t think you will STARVE! The food at the retreat is lavish and abundant but healthy and you won’t be walking around HUNGRY.


  • 4 nights luxury accomodation – in a tree-house like room, with rainforest view. 40 mins from Ubud – tranquil and very safe.

Natasha’s Bio

Having fun, connecting people and creating a happier world sets my soul on fire.

In order to help create a happier world, I believe we must firstly start with the individual.

I help people find freedom in their body and mind by releasing stagnant energy, changing unhelpful thought patterns and getting into alignment.

I do this through Rehabilitative Pilates and Yin Yoga techniques based on Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I empower and coach my clients so that they understand why we are doing each practice, giving them skills to take home with them for life.

I offer private lessons and educational workshops. On top of this, I enjoy connecting people and hosting Women’s Circles and other soulful gatherings and retreats.
What I love most about myself is my ability to adapt and evolve


Sonya’s Bio

Sonya is a passionate, down to earth and fun loving Nutritionist and Life Coach.

She loves working with Women and children, helping them to live their best lives via Nutrition and lifestyle coaching. She believes in PROGRESS over PERFECTION.

She has personally used food as therapy especially when her eldest daughter was not responding to her anti-epileptic medication. She believes in eating REAL food.

Sonya has also undertaken training in Theta healing , a meditative form of healing undertaken in a Theta state.
